T t h e A R T I S T Name: Ann V. Monaco Location: San Jose, California Favorite beverage: tea A B O U T t h e A R T Portfolio: Artwork found in my portfolio comes in a variety of media, including acrylic, pen and ink, charcoal, conte crayon, watercolor, and colored pencil. Personal Works: My personal work is primarily done in graphite, using .5 medium weight lead in a mechanical pencil in a variety of artist-quality sketchbooks. Photography: I shoot my photographs using a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic camera which doesn't even have a working light-meter, using whatever black-and-white film I can get, and the prints were made on Ilford pearl-finish paper. Color Work and Commissions: My color work and commissions range in media from traditional watercolor to pen and ink to colored pencil, Copic marker, and coloring or altering in Photoshop, and at least one of them has been rendered in embroidery.
